Stage 1 is designed to work on a stock vehicle; using all stock hardware and requiring no supporting modifications
Stage 2 requires supporting breather mods; such as an exhaust, a decat or sports cat; and usually some sort of intercooling upgrade.
We charge a £100 booking fee to secure your booking. This guarantees that we will honour your booking, by reserving your slot for you.
Please note 48 Hours notice is required for all cancellations or any changes to the appointment, otherwise the booking fee will be held without refund.
A booking fee is required for all appointments. Please speak to a member of our team if you wish to change or cancel your appointment via email ([email protected]) or by telephone (0161 706 0586).
Our booking fee is non refundable but will be fully redeemed against the quoted price. In case of No Show or Late Cancellation (less than 48 hours prior scheduled booking) booking fee will be lost. If you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment before the Notice Period ends, your booking fee will remain in our system and will be used towards your next appointment.
Once you have paid your booking fee online at https://www.dervtech.com/booking it is necessary to contact us to confirm your booking time and date unless this has been preselected by you using the booking form.
If you are feeling unwell due to the COVID-19 coronavirus please inform us as soon as possible. We will then postpone your appointment by two weeks. Please note, if you fail to inform us on time, Late Cancellation & No Show charges may still apply. Postponing your appointment by two weeks does not extend your cancellation window and as such cannot be used to obtain a refund of the booking fee if you should change your mind.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including American Express. Cash can be paid however unfortunately we cannot accept cheques. All prices include Value Added Tax at the current rate. VAT reg: GB 259273868
The Company reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. Se individual treatment pages for pricing information. Prices vary depending on location.
We reserve the right to refuse to work on your vehicle if in our professional opinion we consider that a doing such work could compromise the vehicle itself, our staff, or our equipment. We will endeavour to provide information to explain our decision and explain how we advise to resolve the issues found. We will also not proceed with work if we feel that your expectations exceed the results achievable.
Please note that we do not provide services for anyone aged under 17 years.
By booking in, you, the customer, understand and accept the risks of vehicle tuning. DervTech LTD will take all relevant precautions, including using up to date, state of the art tuning & logging equipment, ensuring the vehicle is not pushed beyond known, and tested safe limits, however DervTech LTD accept no liability for any vehicle, or control unit failure during, or after the vehicle tuning session.
