Frequently Asked Questions
What do I need to do before my appointment?
Before any tuning appointment we would advise to check all tires for wear/bulges and get them replaced if needed.
We also recommend filling the car with Premium 99RON fuel where possible.
How long will my appointment last?
For tuning we normally advised 2 hours for stage 1 & 2 and 3 hours for stage 3 however these are just estimates. Tuning is unpredictable and times can run over. Please allow for delays.
Do you have a waiting room?
Yes. We have a customer waiting room with sofa, wifi and TV.
When using Youtube on the TV please be considerate of any other customers that may also be using the waiting room.
What facilities are near by?
We are a short Uber ride from the Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet, with over 140 shops/restaurants you won't be short of places to go!
Within walking distance there is a McDonalds, Pub/Restaurant, Fuelling Station with Subway.
There is also a huge choice of Just Eat/Uber Eats options available to order from.
What other services do you offer?
Our aim is to be your one stop shop, from servicing to full engine builds there is not much we won't do!
Do you offer Payment Assist?
Yes. For amounts under £999 all that is required is a soft search on the day of your appointment.
Any amounts over £999 will require a hard search in advance to your appointment.
The first payment will be taken by Payment Assist on the day your soft/hard search is successful.
